Solid products, minor shipping hiccup
I ordered a Snackle Box and a few Silicone Bibs for my son. The Snackle Box is great, actually pretty leak proof for most snacks, and the bibs are easy to clean. Everything arrived well-packaged. The website said 3-5 business days for shipping, but it ended up taking closer to 7 days to reach my house in Arizona. Not a huge deal, but I was checking the tracking every day. Customer service was polite when I emailed about the delay, which was a plus. Overall, good quality products and I'd probably buy from them again, just wish shipping was a touch faster.
